Insights from London: Advania at the ServiceNow World Forum 2024

ServiceNow World Forum är ett årligt event som samlar yrkesverksamma från olika branscher för att utforska de senaste innovationerna, trenderna och bästa praxis kopplat till ServiceNow-plattformen. Vi på Advania har som "Partner of the year" i Sverige deltagit på årets event tillsammans med några kollegor från UK och bjuder här på våra upplevelser och insikter från London (artikeln är på engelska).

The ServiceNow World Forum is an annual event aimed at bringing together professionals from various industries to explore the latest innovations, trends, and best practices related to the ServiceNow platform.

Last week, Advania attended the ServiceNow World Forum in London to share insights about Health360° and how it can improve the health of customers' ServiceNow instances. Representing Advania Sweden were Marcin Kucharski, Lucas Pettersson, Noah Törnkvist, and Thomas Wåger, along with Amarjeet Pal from Advania UK.

The forum featured engaging presentations and breakout sessions, including one by Amarjeet Pal, ServiceNow Rising Star and Platform Architect at Advania UK. During his session, Amarjeet addressed common challenges faced by customers and demonstrated how Health360° can help overcome these issues, ensuring that instances remain in optimal condition.
